Someone grabbed a good idea who is doing the false flagging on the archfeind and everyone else. http://www.youtube.com/user/CTFCGames Could be a ghost account for all I know, but this is our biggest lead. We(we as in the people from hellsings site) are tired of this shit too. Hell I am, the false dmca system got my sub count from 200 to 2 in the past 6 months.... Ashame, ain't it

Thanks for the info. So this person is probably one of the reasons DCE, Al, Arch and the others are where they are right now? He's practically admitting to it! Besides, misusing a DMCA is illegal in the first place! I'm not surprised this asshole wasn't reported yet (heaven forbid, his IP (doesn't) get(s) raped by the gov't or w/e). Then again, YouTube'll be patting him on the back for "silencing" Arch b/c of the attacks on the whores.

Sorry to hear about the false flag attack. Just thought I'd clear up some misconceptions I saw a few of you had and leave you all with some information. 1. Why not sue? / Why not file a counterclaim? / This is illegal you have rights! I've seen this and a host of incarnations of it posted on Archfiends channel and site and here is what you have to realize if you've had this thought yourself. The person filing the DMCA claims is using proxies to mask his identity. Who are you going to sue? TOR. lol, no sadly the person doing this is anonymous and none of you have the know how to track them down. Counterclaims are useless as well since on average it takes 1 minute (Yes that little) to file a DMCA claim whereas it takes around 10 to 14 days to process a counterclaim. Meaning that your efforts to counter what this person is doing is multiple magnitudes higher than the effort they expend filing the false claims in the first place. 2. Why are they doing this? / Who are they? / What's there problem? Here is what I know and I very well could be wrong but you'll see screencaps as well as links noting the sources I'm about to cite. This began around 4 to 6 months back with members of the YouTube commentary community. A particular group of ranters and other content creators began to be targeted by false DMCA's. Some of them you've probably heard of BigAl2k6, RandomDCE, LillyLivers, EWO, DarkScream217, DarknessTheCurse. The list goes on. Now here's where it gets interesting. This is how the game works. First the flagger targets a user, flags their videos and waits the two weeks until the counterclaim is registered. Once they recieve the dox of the user from the counterclaim they then go on to use that persons identity to flag others videos. The names you've seen pop up on Archfiends videos as well as some of the more recent targets like Hellsing920 and Subrick are actually people who had previously been flagged already. Rich Lowell, the name used to flag GamesGoodMebad and a few other users is actually Subrick's name. And James Triston was the doxxed name of GamesGoodMeBad that was used to flag Hellsing920's videos. See the pattern? So whose doing it. Well this can all be linked to one reaccuring name: CONJOPI. They have a youtube account and they also comment on the Google Support Forums. You'll see the screencaps of them laughing about false flagging on the forums as well. This person(s) uses multiple accounts to do this. Other accounts linked with it are: WAIFERBROFIST. Again you'll see screencaps of both these users bragging, flaunting, and releasing the dox of pervious targets. http://www.youtube.com/user/WAIFERBROFIST Here are some screencaps showing the actions I described above and linking these two accounts to the recent flagging campaign on YouTube... This First Screencap is from a user account called jimmysArchive on youtube. This was in the comment section days after the user GamesGoodMeBad had his account false flagged and suspended. The dox listed are from his counterclaim and this links the false flagging directly to the user WAIFERBROFIST
This next imageis from user KBeetlejuice's account. It shows a video just recently removed. Look who removed them. James Triston the same name from the doxxed user GamesGoodMeBad and the same name listed in the dox drop by WAIFERBROFIST
This next screencap is from the newest Hellsing920 video from the comment section. Here the user CONJOPI makes another threat relating to who will be DMCA'd next.
The next few pieces I'll link you to by listing the URL since screencaps would stretch the page too much. You'll see that user CONJOPI is making remarks relating to other DMCA'd users. These users themselves can explain more if you ask them. http://www.google.ru/support/forum/p/youtube/thread?tid=01f59de7929b5224&hl=en http://www.google.com.pk/support/forum/p/youtube/thread?tid=71de61b99ec676e0&hl=en http://www.google.co.uk/support/forum/p/youtube/thread?tid=2ffcaf6264b826af&hl=en That last link was a topic started by SamuelTehGeek the person in the above listed screencap who CONJOPI threatened to DMCA. Again notice his attitude of feeling untouchable. ------------------------------- Hopefully you'll have found this information usefull. YouTube/Google will do nothing about this. Trust me on that. There is some recourse you can take however. Go to ic3.gov It is a cooperative effort between multiple federal agencies which deal with online crime and harrassment. False DMCA's done for the purpose of obtaining peoples personal information to then use for a crime is something they would take seriously. Since it is happening online it is considered a federal matter and supercedes state laws. If more than one person is involved in doing this then it could be considered a criminal enterprise and fall under the RICO act. Either way. Good luck.

Does it really matter who is doing this? Who is doing this ISN'T the problem. It's the fact that the system allows this shit to happen that's that real problem. If this person(s) wasn't doing the false flagging then someone else would be.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZc_ITCbSvk This guy is going to VidCon on the 10th. He has been asked to be on the panel regarding copywrite bs etc and will be talking about the broken flagging system on YT. Post a comment or +1 an existing one that mentions the broken flagging stuff so he knows thats an important subject to bring up. He's a lawyer for CA's ACLU chapter.

Well... I dunno, the whole "CanadaDefenseLeague vs. CONJOPI" seems a BIT far fetched and fake looking to me. Kinda looks like 1 person pretending to be both people. But really, who cares. Unless Arch wants to get legally involved and get a lawyer and all that shit to go to YouTube and say "Wtf?" we should all just move along.

Once someone takes legal action against youtube with the whole false flaggin dmca thing. Maybe youtube would at the very least make sending in a false dmca a lot harder, like you would have to letter them an e-mail with a whole forum filled out. Unless your a legit company who is just removing videos that are like full lentgh episodes. Like you would need to have special requirements for doing stuff like that. Archfeind, it may look silly in the courtoom, but if you can. Do it. Once someone does it, the system will break, and be destroyed.

What Arch said, rly. It doesn't matter who or what group of people are doing it if YouTube's allowing it: They're the ones who could, you know, look out for their own partner, but they're choosing not to for reasons that I cannot comprehend. Unless, you know...

I couldn't agree more with that statement. Some people think He11sing920 is saved just because the false flagger's account has been suspended. Those people can't be any more wrong.

You are half right, but only half right. It is very possible that someone else would be doing this if the first person wasn't, but that does not mean you dont target that individual(s) responsible. If you make an example out of them, you show that they can not file false DMCA's and remain anonymous, you show that they can be punished, and people will be disinclined to file false DMCA's Also youtube will fix the system if one person is legally punished. It only takes one. Youtube will have to change the system to remove the capability to false flag videos, or they can be seen as enabling criminal action.

Look. Youtube is corrupted. There is no hope for it left. Fuck the whores, fuck the company. They want to ban The Archfiend and everyone who speaks the truth, let them. The corruption will be let out soon enough. I just wanted to point something out. If anyone hasn't seen one of TeamFourStar's DBZ Abridged videos, they pretty much take out the sound and voices and replace it with their own. Toei, the company that owns dragon ball z, is constantly ripping into them to get the videos destroyed and Teamfourstar suspended. Because they have such a huge fanbase, youtube just takes off the copyright claim on the videos. There, I could see maybe a legit reason to file a copyright claim. But with Arch's videos, it was just a guy in front of a camera. Toei is a company, this Jesse Z Beal or whatever the fuck his name was is just some guy. My point is, youtube has no chance of recovery. They let the whores get away with anything but if the someone speaks their mind, Youtube gives them a big fuck you and suspends them. Find another site Arch. There are probably other places you can post videos. Hope that Youtube as a company stops shitting on all its viewers and the ones who speak the truth.

What's awfully strange about this incident is that the guy who's doing this isn't saying that he's doing it "for teh lulz." He's doing it to bring this false flagging issue to light. He's kind of a vigilante of sorts.

He says he's doing it to save 'server space' or some dumbassery like that. If that's the case, then why do it in the first place? Why don't they get more servers? It would cost less than outright breaking the law. Besides, flagged videos don't get deleted; they get kept for evidence etc.
